Guided tours only can be booked in advance using Eventbrite and the prices shown include their booking fee.
You can turn up on the door 5 minutes before the tour time, subject to places still being available as pre-booked visitors will of course go in first. Note that premium tours with machine run are now sold out well in advance. No booking fee for walk-ins on the day.
Short taster tours last around 50 minutes. Normal tours last around 90 minutes, Premium tours with a machine run last 2 and a half hours.
