Trimontium Museum is the only museum in Scotland dedicated to the Roman and Iron Age. Featuring many new artefacts from the Trimontium Fort Site, on loan from the National Museums Scotland and Private Collections, the museum also has an AV theatre, interactive interpretation and shop. The Museum is fully accessible, on one level throughout. Children’s activities available. Dogs are welcome. Winner of the Scottish Thistle Award Best Visitor Attraction 2023 (South of Scotland).
