Exhibitions of Karun Treasure

The Uşak Museum of Archaeology is renowned for its display of the Karun treasure. This collection includes a variety of artifacts such as Bronze Age sculptures, pitchers with beaklike spouts, and stone axes, as well as earthen dishes and glassware from the Hellenistic and Ancient Roman Period. Additionally, stelae from the nearby Roman ancient ruin site of Blaundus are also on display.

Karun Treasure from the Lydian Period

Among the most fascinating items in the Uşak Museum of Archaeology are those belonging to the Karun treasure from the Lydian Period. This collection, consisting of 363 pieces, dates back to the 7th century BCE, providing a glimpse into the ancient world.
