Exhibition 'Golden Gifts: 50 years of dontations' in Zijper Museum
n 2023, the year in which the Zijper Museum celebrates its golden jubilee, the temporaty exhibition shows a selection of the objects the museum has received as donations over the past 50 years. One object from each of the years is included in the exhibition.
In addition, a number of photos by the photographer Cor Smit, photos of the General Orphanage and its residents and some images of the successive locations the Zijper Museum was housed in. These additional series of photos are played on separate screens.
The temporary exhibition is open to the public from 22 January and lasts all year round.
