Brabants Museum Oud Oosterhout and its collection

Brabants Museum Oud Oosterhout consists of an indoor and an outdoor museum. The outdoor museum depicts the history of Brabant, and in particular of Oosterhout. The park has about 250 Oosterhout miniature buildings. In addition, it features a Flemish barn, a shoemaker and a laundry room. The indoor museum houses a department on old crafts, which illustrates how people in the region lived and worked in the period from 1900 to 1950. In addition, there is a living room that is decorated as was common in Brabant in the first half of the 20th century.
