The Breda Museum is housed in the former headquarters of the ‘Chassékazerne’. The collection mainly consists of objects and works related to the art and cultural history of Breda, including applied and visual arts of the Late Middle Ages to the present and objects from the urban history of Breda related to topics such as business and technology, management and daily life. The museum also owns a collection on the Diocese of Breda, which includes relics, reliquaries and religious works. On 1 January 2017, Breda's Museum merged with MOTI to become Stedelijk Museum Breda.
