    We were a group of 6 adults with 4 kids under 5 years. The woman at the ticketing counter was very offensive just cz two of the 3 year olds tried to run inside and was telling us we can't all go in together unless we can guarantee kids will be silent. She was hell bent on not selling us tickets trying to discourage us going in and when she found we had prebooked tickets she rolled her eyes and said "oh great they already have tickets" to the others in queue. Pls have a more pleasant and understanding person at your ticketing counter. If the website allows free entry for kids under 5 that means kids are allowed and there's a way to request to try to keep kids as silent as possible. This ruined the experience for us. I would never recommend this place for anybody with kids. Visited on 12th Aug, 3pm
