The Chillida-Leku Museum is a unique blend of natural and artistic beauty, featuring a large collection of works by the renowned sculptor Eduardo Chillida Juantegui. Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition

Spread over a plot of 13 hectares, the Chillida-Leku Museum offers a vast outdoor exhibition of 40 sculptures of varying sizes. Among the most notable are 'Buscando la luz', a 22-ton, 8-meter high sculpture, and 'Lotura XXXII', a 64-ton piece. Smaller works, such as 'Estela V', are also on display. The outdoor sculptures are predominantly made of steel and pink granite, and visitors are allowed to touch them, providing a tactile experience of the materials' strength and texture.

Indoor Exhibitions

Inside the Zabalaga farmhouse, visitors can explore the more delicate works of Eduardo Chillida. These pieces, crafted from materials such as wood, alabaster, and wool, are displayed indoors to protect them from the elements. The museum also features an exhibition of studies of the human body in painting and sculpture, providing insight into Chillida's artistic process. Additionally, there is a small exhibition of photographs of 'Peine de los vientos', a famous work by Chillida located at one end of La Concha in San Sebastián.
