The Croatian History Museum in Zagreb is devoted to Croatian cultural and historical heritage. The museum holds a collection that dates back to the Middle Ages. The collection contains around 300,000 objects that are segmented into 16 sub-collections: Archaeology, Numismatic, Stone Monuments, Religious Arte­facts, Heraldry and Sphragistic, Everyday Life, Arms and Armoury, Decorations, Plaques, Medals and Badges, Flags and Streamers, Uniforms, Paintings, Prints and Sculptures, Maps, two Documen­tary collections, Twentieth Century Art and Photographs, Films and Negatives. Due to the size of the museum, only temporary exhibitions can be visite
