From a very unhappy parent . So my children were in the secure play area on the 2nd floor with a gate that shuts and a sign what says please keep closed , I wasn't worried my child would leave this secure play area unless myself or partner let them out , next thing my child is missing , so as a panicking parent you can imagine how I was feeling , so I'm searching the second floor for my son , shouting my son is missing and I'm looking for staff , there was no staff at all on the second floor that I could ask for help as my son was missing as a parent had let my son out of the playroom , if this was me and I noticed a child on its own I would ask who's child this was instead the careless parent/parents let my child out of the play area , I then very luckily found my son who has just turned 3 and this was his birthday treat , so I then went to complain to staff and they did not seem at all bothered , our trip cost £71 altogether and because of the carelessness of the parent and staff we all wanted to go home as we were all shaken up , I was in floods of tears even when talking and trying to explain what had happened , I will not be returning here again as I feel there was not enough staff and due to carelessness of other parents .
