Flow, the Euroregional Centre for Urban Cultures, is a cultural facility located in Lille. It is dedicated to promoting urban cultures, including dance, music, and visual arts. Established in 2014 by the city of Lille, it is the first establishment in France entirely dedicated to urban cultures. It is located at the corner of Fontenoy and Arras streets in Moulins, a popular district of Lille.
Flow extends over nearly 2,500 m on five levels, each dedicated to a different aspect of urban culture. The basement houses two rehearsal studios and a recording studio with a control room for music. The ground floor includes the reception and a performance hall, which can accommodate 220 seated people and up to 600 standing people. The first level houses the dressing rooms and offices, while the second level is dedicated to dance, including a stage and a rehearsal studio. The third level is dedicated to visual arts, featuring a panoramic workshop with access to the terrace and an exterior wall specially designed for graffiti.
