Kingscote is a historic mansion and house museum located at Bowery Street and Bellevue Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island. The mansion, which was designed by Richard Upjohn, was built in 1839 and is a prime example of Gothic Revival architecture. As one of the first summer 'cottages' in Newport, it holds a significant place in the city's history.
