La Grande Vapeur is an electric power plant located in Oyonnax, France. This industrial building was constructed using the technique of raw concrete formwork. The building is shaped like an open V, on two levels, centered on a central tower. Each wing is divided into small work cabins, and remains a rare example of a form of individual work organization grouped in one place.
