Musée d'Histoire de Lyon is a history museum in Lyon that is housed in Hotel Gadagne. The museum houses the historic collections of the city and presents it chronologically, illustrating the cultural history of Lyon since the Middle Ages until the nineteenth century, with more than 80,000 objects in 30 rooms over 4 floors. The collection includes various objects, such as archaeological remains, sculptures, paintings, furniture, pottery, plans and engravings.
