The museum's exhibition is spread across three rooms. The first large room houses a collection of works primarily from the Six and Seventeenth centuries. This collection includes pieces from renowned artists such as Alessandro Casolani, Arcangelo Salimbeni, Sebastiano Folli, Bernardino Mei, Pier Dandini, and Mario Balassi, among others.

Collection of Primitive Artworks

The second room of the museum is dedicated to a small but precious collection of works by the so-called primitives, set against a gold background. Among these works, the splendid Maestà by the anonymous Maestro di Badia a Isola stands out. Other notable works in this room include a table depicting the Madonna with Child by Segna di Bonaventura, and a piece by Pier Francesco Fiorentino featuring the Madonna with Child and various saints, dating back to the eighth - ninth decade of the XV century.

The Tesoro di Galognano

Perhaps the most significant piece in the museum, and certainly in this room, is the so-called Tesoro di Galognano. This is a very rare Eucharistic set made of silver, consisting of four chalices, a paten, and a spoon. This set is a testament to the existence of a Christian community of Ostrogothic ethnicity in the VI century AD. This remarkable artifact was discovered by chance in the locality of Pian dei Campi.

Room Dedicated to the Birth of the Diocese of Colle

One of the rooms in the museum is dedicated to the birth of the Diocese of Colle. This room displays works from artists of the Cinquecento and Seicento periods. Among these works is a piece titled 'Holy Family and Saints' by Simone Ferri, signed and dated 1581. This piece is notable for its Venetian style, inspired by various Venetian models, a result of the artist's stay in the lagoon city.
