Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture is in Colindale. MoDA is part of Middlesex University. We are an accessible research collection and we welcome students, researchers and members of the public by appointment. Our core collection is The Silver Studio Collection, a unique record of one of Britain's leading commercial design studios, active between 1880 and 1963. We also hold a Domestic Design Collection (1850-1960) of books, magazines and trade catalogues; The Crown Wallpaper collection; The Charles Hasler collection relating to WW2 information/propaganda, postwar typography and design and the Sir J M Richards architectural library.
