The Piano Museum in Limoux is home to a remarkable collection of pianos. The quality and interest of the hundred pieces on display make it a unique destination for music lovers and history enthusiasts alike. The collection spans from the 18th century to the present day, offering a comprehensive overview of the evolution of this beloved instrument.
Since 2009, the Limoux Piano Museum has been extended to include a 170-seat auditorium, installed in the choir of the church. Under the responsibility of François Khoury, the auditorium hosts about ten concerts each year during the summer period. This offers visitors the unique opportunity to not only explore the history of the piano but also to experience live performances in a historic setting.
