Salvation Army International Heritage Centre and its collection

The Salvation Army International Heritage Centre tells the story of The Salvation Army from its origins in the 1860s to the present, both in the UK and overseas. The Heritage Centre includes a library, archive and museum. The archive holds the official records of The Salvation Army’s International and Territorial Headquarters, including international and UK social work records, and UK Corps and Officer records. There is also a large photographic collection. Archives, objects and photographs are displayed in the museum alongside interactive audiovisual exhibits.
