The Sodus Point Light, a historic lighthouse, is situated at Sodus Point on Lake Ontario, in Wayne County, New York. This lighthouse has been recognized for its historical significance and has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since October 8, 1976.

Current Use of the Sodus Point Light Building

The building that once served as housing for the Coast Guard until 1984, is now a lighthouse museum. The Sodus Bay Historical Society operates this museum, providing visitors with a glimpse into the past.

Visitor Information for Sodus Point Light

The grounds of the Sodus Point Light are now a public park, often used for summer concerts. The site, located on the lakefront, is open to the public year-round. The museum and the tower are open every day except Mondays from May to October.
