Texture, museum van vlas en textiel and its collection

The Texture Museum on Lys and flax is housed in an old flax building on the overs of the Lys. Until the 1960s, the Lys region was the world's largest production center of flax. In addition to an interactive introduction to flax, there are children's and textile workshops on the first floor. There is also an auditorium and a documentation center. The second floor houses the permanent collection. The roof floor provides space for temporary exhibitions and damask and lace works.
