The Chocolate Museum is an independent museum established by Isabelle Alaya, a French artisan chocolatier, who started her own brand, Melange Chocolate, in 2008. Our mission is to inspire a passion for learning about quality chocolate and its history both in Britain and worldwide. Located in the heart of vibrant Brixton, The Chocolate Museum is a unique place in London where you can make, taste and learn about chocolate.
