The Rubens House is the rebuilt and refurbished house of the Flemish Baroque painter, draftsman and diplomat Peter Paul Rubens. The museum displays work by Rubens himself, but also from peers as Anthony Van Dyck and Jacob Jordaens. The visitor learns about the lives of Flanders greatest painter. Ruben’s studio is the apotheosis.

    Erg leuk museum. Speciaal complimenten voor het leuke personeel. In elke zaal zat een bewaker, en wanneer ik het met mijn vrienden over een schilderij had begonnen de bewakers heel veel achtergrond informatie over de schilderijen te vertellen. Interessant en mooi om het huis van Rubens van binnen te bekijken. Erg goedkoop ook!
