The Parc animalier des monts de Guéret is a sizable French animal park, spanning 1.3 square kilometers. It is situated in the Creuse department, within the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. This location offers a unique blend of natural beauty and wildlife, making it an interesting destination for tourists.
Opened in 2001, the park is home to around 50 wolves that have the freedom to roam in six enclosures. The largest of these enclosures spans almost two hectares. This provides a unique opportunity for visitors to observe these majestic creatures in a setting that closely mimics their natural habitat.
The entrance hall to the park features a 250 square meter museographic area. This space is used to display thematic exhibitions, providing visitors with an educational and engaging experience before they even begin exploring the park's natural attractions.
