Bacoli is a coastal town in the Metropolitan City of Naples, Campania region of Italy. Located in the Phlegraean Fields, the area has a rich archaeological heritage dating back to ancient Roman times. The town was originally part of the ancient Roman settlement of Baiae, a popular resort for wealthy Romans.

Today, Bacoli is known for its significant archaeological sites including the Piscina Mirabilis, a massive Roman cistern, and the archaeological park of Baia, which features submerged Roman ruins visible through glass-bottom boats. The town also preserves several other historical structures such as the Aragonese Castle and ancient Roman villas.
