Art Museums in Ixelles

Museum of Fine Arts of Ixelles is housed in a former slaughterhouse. Almost all the art movements of the 19th and 20th centuries are covered in the museum, but there is also a focus on ancient art. Movements represented in the museum include fauvism, futurism, impressionism, realism and surrealism.
