Loma is a small unincorporated community located in Chouteau County, Montana, United States. Situated at the confluence of the Missouri and Marias Rivers, this rural settlement has historical significance in the region's development.

The area was traversed by the Lewis and Clark Expedition in the early 19th century, and later became a stopping point along transportation routes. Loma holds a unique climate record: it experienced the most extreme temperature change in a 24-hour period ever recorded in the United States, when on January 15, 1972, the temperature rose from -54°F to 49°F—a 103-degree change.
