Neder-Over-Heembeek is a northern district of Brussels, Belgium's capital city. Originally consisting of two separate villages (Neder-Heembeek and Over-Heembeek), the area was merged and incorporated into the City of Brussels in 1921. This former rural area has transformed into a semi-industrial zone while still maintaining some of its historical character.

The district is known for hosting several healthcare facilities, including the Military Hospital, and has seen significant urban development in recent decades. While not a primary tourist destination, the area represents the evolution of Brussels' peripheral districts from agricultural villages to modern urban neighborhoods.
