The Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki is a history museum in Thessaloniki that is housed in a building that is example of the modern architectural trends of Greece, designed by architect Patroklos Karantinos. The museum holds objects from the Prehistoric, Archaic, Classical, Hellenistic and Roman periods. Most of the objects in its collection are from the archaeological excavations in the city of Thessaloniki itself, but also from the general region of Macedonia.
