Overall, Arts Santa Mònica offers an accessible platform for contemporary art in Barcelona. While it may not consistently wow all visitors, it provides an opportunity to engage with current artistic trends and can be an interesting stop for those interested in contemporary art and culture.
Visited a Brian Eno overview exhibition, although the entrance was free the exhibition and presentation was of very high quality. The centre is a big spacious building right in the center of Barcelona. The (interactive) audio installations were presented in dark alleys and rooms which were a perfect fit for the abstract sounds and visuals. Staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean and there was a clear love for contemperary art, great place!
