CCHS is the primary organization dedicated to celebrating the comprehensive history of Chenango County. Museum patrons are immersed in the county’s past through exhibits and programs which explore the rich history of our local region. As an educational and tourist destination, we offer multiple cultural enrichment and learning programs for a variety of audiences, including children, teens, seniors, professionals, and families. Admission to the museum is a free-will donation left up to each visitor's discretion, with approximately 75% of our programming offered free of charge. Our campus is a welcoming venue for all ages, socio-economic backgrounds, races, religions, and genders.
