The First German Tile Museum Boizenburg, opened in 1998, is an art and technology museum situated in the heart of Boizenburg/Elbe. It is housed in the building at Reichenstraße 4 in the center of the old town of Boizenburg.

Exhibits of the Museum

The museum exhibits wall and floor tiles from renowned manufacturers such as "Steingut- und Mosaikfabrik Villeroy & Boch" (from 1880 to 1930) and "Boizenburger Platten, Duensing-Bicherox-Werke" (from 1903 to 1930). These displays offer a glimpse into the rich history and craftsmanship of tile production during these periods.
