The Museum itself and most of the staff are customer focused. However one guy was exceptionally rude and abrasive on getting tickets the card machine being in Swedish I was unable to.understand what it said, sarcastic and bluntly I was told "no hurry" " swipe your card!!!" Which I reminded him I don't speak Swedish and it was his job to assist. Later the gallery closed lights off no announcement and all visitors had to find their way out in the pitch black, one friend was told F*** hurry up of which she challenged the guy. All.other staff were fine and so is the Gallery but this guy shouldn't be in the job. Such. Shame brilliant manager all.other staff great just this one guy made it an unpleasant experience
