Fotomuseum aan het Vrijthof is housed in the Spanish ‘Gouvernement’, a 16th century chapter house at the Vrijthof. The museum displays changing exhibitions with surprising and ground-breaking themes: from entertainment to pop culture and contemporary art, all in photographs. In Grand Cafe Soiron, in the covered courtyard, you can enjoy coffee with a slice of Limburg pie.

Fotomuseum aan het Vrijthof has 4 ratings.
Small museum in the historic centre of Maastricht and in an historic house adapted for a photographic museum. Current exhibition in October 2023 was very interesting and photos are very well placed in the different rooms. ceratinly deserve a visit.

Wij stonden 20 minuten later alweer buiten. Jammer !!
