Today, it serves as a museum, known as the Galata Mevlevihanesi Museum, offering visitors a glimpse into the rich history and cultural heritage of the Mevlevi order.
The Galata Mevlevihanesi Museum is home to several significant structures and areas. These include the main building which houses the semahane (ritual hall) and dervish cells, the Halet Efendi Library, the Sebil and Tomb, the Sheikh Galib Tomb, the Hasan Agha Fountain, the Sarnıç, the Adile Sultan Fountain, and the kitchen. Each of these areas offers a unique insight into the life and practices of the Mevlevi order.
