When we visited Budapest, we really liked the Hungarian National Gallery. This art gallery is situated in a nice building, very well laid out, part of a palace complex. It exhibits many Hungarian sculptures and paintings from around the 18th century to modern times. Especially the 19th Century paintings were really nice. Recommended to go see when you’re in Budapest!
