Streekhistorisch Museum Tweestromenland is dedicated to Maas and Waal and life with water. From the 14th century levees were built along rivers to be better protected against the water. The museum illustrates the history of the region, from the mammoth in the lobby till the time of the coal stove and the bedstead. The museum covers traditional crafts, old shops and the contrast between rich and poor.
