Was looking forward to visiting the castle as it was closed for renovations last year when we visited on holiday unfortunately one lady member of staff thought it was ok to physically assault my child by grabbing and yanking her arm TWICE making her cry then had the audacity to do it to my four year old aswell! No one has the right to put their hands on my children let alone hurt them! This is disgusting behaviour and they weren’t even doing anything wrong, they were standing nicely with us while we were scanning our tickets to enter. Thanks to this nasty woman we will never attempt to visit this place again and we WILL be making a formal complaint. This behaviour is NOT acceptable and people like this should NOT be allowed to work with the public particularly small children if they think they can put their hands on them. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!
