The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts is a public art museum where you can see world art. The Centre, which opened in 1978 to house the Robert and Lisa Sainsbury Collection, is a building designed by Norman Foster, at the University of East Anglia (UEA), a short distance from Norwich city centre. Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts features exhibits related to: decorative and applied art, world cultures, design, fine art and architecture. Key themes, people and exhibits in the museum include: alberto giacometti, amedeo modigliani, francis bacon, pablo picasso, henry moore and edgar degas.
