Orcas Island Historical Museums is your gateway to interactive learning and historical research about Orcas Island. We have two locations open seasonally to visitors as well as ongoing tours, programs, and events. Great for the whole family! The Orcas Island Historical Museum in Eastsound features 6 original homestead cabins, a dynamic variety of rotating exhibits, and a gift shop. Our mission is to educate, inspire, connect and involve our community and visitors in the stewardship of our unique island history.

Opening hours

We are closed for general admission during the winter and re-open every spring. During our open season, the Museum will be open 10am-3pm, Wednesday through Sunday.

Private tours are available year-round; please call (360) 376-4849 or email info@orcasmuseums.org to schedule your visit.

Admission

During open museum hours (spring through fall), admission is by donation. A donation of $5 is suggested but not required; all are welcome!

Members always get free admission plus 10% off in our gift shop.
