CODA (Cultuur Onder Dak Apeldoorn) is housed in a transparent building designed by architect Herman Hertzberger. It is a cultural centre that consists of a museum, library and an archive. The museum focusses on ‘experiencing’. There are various exhibitions, ranging from art to design. A part of the museum's collection is featured in a permanent exhibition on the history of Apeldoorn and its inhabitants.
