Many musical luminaries including Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart have worked in the city. But art and culture in general had a long tradition, including theatre, opera, classical music and fine arts. Vienna is sometimes also called ‘The City of Dreams’ because it was home to Sigmund Freud.
