Connections Museum has 1 rating.
The Connections Museum in Seattle offers a glimpse into the history of telecommunications. Visitors can explore vintage telephone equipment, switchboards, and other communication devices from various eras. The museum's collection showcases the evolution of communication technology, from early manual systems to more modern digital equipment. Volunteers who run the museum are often praised for their knowledge and enthusiasm, providing informative explanations about the exhibits. Some visitors find the hands-on experiences, such as operating old switchboards, particularly engaging. However, the museum is relatively small and may have limited appeal for those not specifically interested in telecommunications history. Its opening hours are restricted, which can be inconvenient for some visitors. While the content is informative, some find the presentation and organization of exhibits could be improved for a more cohesive experience. Overall, the Connections Museum offers an educational experience for those curious about the history of telecommunications, but may not be a top priority for all tourists visiting Seattle.
