Het Vrouwenhuis and its collection

The Vrouwenhuis Zwolle is the women's home of Aleida Greve. In the museum, visitors walk through authentically decorated interiors from 1680 to 1980. These include the Regent's Room and the simple room of an inhabitant from the 20th century. In addition, the museum displays paintings by six "brush princesses" from the 17th century. These were artists who took up the brush out of enthusiasm or possibly professionally.
