Museum Palthehuis is a historical museum housed in a 17th century house. The museum features 18th century ‘style rooms’ that illustrate how rich people lived in the 18th century. It features a pharmacy, living room, kitchen, upstairs room, dining room, library and a carriage house. The historical collection is exhibited upstairs. Important is Huttenkloas’ chair, a medieval restraint chair, with shackles and nails.
