The Oude Kerk is the oldest building of Amsterdam and youngest place for contemporary art. Inside you can see site specific art exhibitions, period rooms and an impressive tombstone floor. The wife and muse of Rembrandt van Rijn, is one of the thousands of people who lies buried in the Oude Kerk. Attached is a café with a romantic garden.

    This is a beautiful, old and peaceful church with a rich history. It is located near the red light district, which makes it a little bit extra special. It has a large organ and beautiful stain glass windows. Well worth the visit!
