Visit the former workshop of the founder of modern sculpting - Auguste Rodin. Opened in 1919, the Musée Rodin museum houses a great collection of his works. The exhibition includes more than 6000 of Rodin's sculptures, as well as his drawings and photographs. Be sure to explore the adjacent garden as well, as there are many artworks to be seen. The area is divided into two parts - the Rose Garden and the Sculpture Garden.The highlight of the Sculpture Garden is definitely The Thinker.

    Musée Rodin engulfs you in Auguste Rodin’s art and life experience. The most famous sculpture in the museum is ‘The Thinker’, but it has much more to offer than just this piece. In general it is a very well kept museum and features great audio guides. The museum is especially recommended if the weather is nice when you can also enjoy the outdoor gardens with sculptures in addition to the exhibitions inside. You can’t miss this one when you’re paying a visit to Paris! We would even go again if we were to visit Paris again.
