The Pavillon de l'Arsenal is a museum in Paris that is dedicated to architecture and urban planning and architecture in Paris and its surroundings. The museum building was built in 1878-1879 for wood merchant Laurent-Louis Borniche. The permanent exhibition in the Pavillon de l'Arsenal presents Parisian architecture and illsutrates how Paris has evolved. Three additional spaces are used for temporary exhibits on topics such as housing in Paris, the Paris of Baron Haussmann and of private homes in Paris.
