The Musée du quai Branly museum is a large ethnographic museum in Paris. With four buildings, the museum, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, covers an area of 40,600 m², with one wall of 200 meters long and 12 meters high covered with plants on the outside, designed by the French botanist Patrick Blanc. The collection combines the collections of the Musée de l'Homme and the Musée national des Arts d'Afrique et d'Océanie, which were discontinued. There are 3500 objects on display, from a total collection of 300,000 items, including art treasures from Africa, Asia, Oceania, Australia, and North, Central and South America.
